Produced in accordance with GOST 276-60 only from durum wheat rich in gluten. Cereals are made from polished grains that are free from germs, seed and fruit shells in crushed form. It can vary in colour from light yellow (from spring wheat) to greyish (from winter wheat).
It is rich in carbohydrates (not only starch), proteins and essential amino acids. Wheat grits contain many vitamins such as B1, B2, B6, C, E, PP and F as well as minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, iodine, magnesium, calcium, manganese and others. It also contains such useful substances as choline, niacin, biotin, carotene and folacin.
