Produced in accordance with GOST 5784-60 only from crushed, polished barley grains.

The product is rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, selenium, copper, iodine, phosphorus and the vitamins B, A, D, E, H and PP. It also contains high amounts of the essential amino acid lysine, the building material for protein.

Spelt and pearl barley should not be confused - they are two different cereals. The former is made from wheat and the latter from barley, is grown in the fields.

fat - no more than 1.1 g
carbohydrates - at least 74.1 g
